Supported CLM Functionality on Veeva CRM on Desktop
The following CLM functionality is supported in the media library on Veeva CRM on Desktop. Ensure VMOCs for CRM Desktop (Windows) or CRM Desktop (Mac) are configured.
Users do not need an active internet connection to use Veeva CRM on Desktop. Any data created offline, for example, custom presentations or tracked activity, automatically syncs when the user connects to the internet.
