New in Veeva CRM 24

The following changes are available to all licensed users of a given product. Instructions to configure these options are discussed in each topic and in the Veeva CRM product documentation, which is available on the support portal beginning July 24, 2015.

Core CRM

  • Internet Explorer 7 and 8
    As of this release, Veeva CRM no longer supports IE7 or IE8. Upgrade your browser to the latest version for the best performance. However, the consumer-facing web media players for Engage, CoBrowse, and Approve Email continue to support IE8.

Veeva CRM Network Integration

Windows 8 and 10

Windows Support

Veeva CRM now supports Windows on the day of its General Availability.

Accessing Surveys from CLM

Users can now open a Survey and answer Survey questions from the CLM player for a particular presentation.
