Supporting Currency Answers in Surveys

The Decimal record type with the Decimal_vod field length of 16,2 allows users to answer currency related questions.

To enable this feature:

1. Ensure the user has access to the Decimal record type.
2. Grant users need FLS edit permissions to the Decimal_vod field on the Question Response object.
