Scheduling Calls and Activities
To enable users to efficiently select accounts, schedule calls, and create Time Off Territory, admins can configure additional call planning functionality:
Filtering Accounts in My Schedule
- Creating Custom My Schedule Filters - Users can filter accounts based on a wider range of criteria than the account lists and views available by default
- Using Classic Cycle Plans in My Schedule - To help ensure users plan their calls according to their cycle plans, cycle plan information can be pulled into My Schedule and used to filter and sort accounts
- MCCP Filtering in My Schedule - To utilize MCCP attributes in My Schedule, filter the list of Accounts and Child Accounts by MCCP attributes
- Bookmarking Filters in My Schedule - For increased efficiency in filtering accounts and scheduling calls, users save commonly used sets of filters as bookmarks
- Setting Bookmarks in Classic Cycle Plans - Users can create bookmarks for classic cycle plan filters
Scheduling Calls
- Viewing Custom Information with Display-By - Users can choose to display additional account-related information from pre-defined fields
- Displaying Account Hierarchies in My Schedule - Users can display Account Hierarchies to help identify child accounts in My Schedule
- Enabling My Schedule Map View - For efficient route planning, users view nearby accounts and schedule calls from My Schedule’s Map View
- Managing Call Cycles - To create all their upcoming calls for the week at once, users save and apply call cycles
- Managing Call Cycles for Child Accounts - Users can create and apply call cycles for child accounts
- Displaying Office Best Times for Child Accounts - Users can capture and view the best times for a visit to a child account at a specific location
- Displaying Call Conflict Warnings - Call conflict warnings display to help users avoid repeating visits to an account within a short period of time
- Creating Unavailable Time Slots in My Schedule - CRM users can create unavailable time slots in My Schedule to prevent HCPs from requesting meetings during that time
- Creating Unavailable Time Slots from External Calendar Events - CRM users can mark External Calendar Events as unavailable, to prevent HCPs from sending meeting requests for times when users are not available
- Creating Unavailable Time Slots from Calls - CRM users can mark calls as unavailable to ensure HCPs do not request meetings at the same time as the call
Creating Time Off Territory
- Creating Time Off Territory in My Schedule - Users create Time Off Territory (TOT) entries to block off personal time in My Schedule
- Creating Unavailable Time Slots from Time Off Territory - To ensure Time Off Territory is automatically reflected on the Engage Scheduling Site, users mark Time Off Territory as unavailable
- Preventing Duplicate Time Off Territory Entries - To avoid duplicate Time Off Territory records, prevent users from creating a TOT entry overlapping an existing entry
- Including Weekend Days in Time Off Territory - Configure Time Off Territory to include all consecutive days in a multi-day TOT entry, instead of skipping weekends
- Displaying Warnings for Weekend Time Off Territory - To avoid inaccurate Time Off Territory records, display warnings for TOT entries starting on a weekend
