- CRM Users Attending an Engage Meeting – Allows CRM users to attend Engage meetings
- Using the Veeva-Provided Custom MyInsights Engage Splash Screen – Content creators can create a MyInsights HTML report to replace the default splash screen with a customized one, enriching the in-meeting experience
- Allowing Attendees to Share Their Screen – Enables meeting attendees to share their screen with the host and other attendees
- Host Screen Sharing on the iPad – Enables meeting hosts for share their iPad screens with attendees
- Joining an Engage Meeting via Zoom – Enables meeting attendees to join an Engage meeting using their Zoom application
- Adding Dial-in Numbers to Engage Invitations – Enables meeting hosts to add dial-in numbers for attendees to join the audio of Engage meetings
- Engage Attendance Tracking – An automated process that compiles attendance, device, and network information about the attendees of an Engage meeting
- Enhanced Engage Attendance Tracking – An automated process that tracks additional attendance information and directly associates attendees with their CRM user or account records
