Viewing Engage Reports

To view and run the Engage reports, users must have view access to the Engage reports folder. See the Salesforce documentation for more information on sharing report folders.

To view an out-of-the-box report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab. In the Lightning Experience, select All Folders.
  2. Select the Engage folder.
  3. Select the appropriate report.

Managers can update the reports, for example, to add new fields, but the updated reports should be saved as new reports to prevent any changes from being overwritten by future Veeva updates.
