Scheduling Calls and Activities
Users view relevant account information and schedule calls and activities from My Schedule:
- Viewing and Searching Accounts in My Schedule - Users can view and search accounts in My Schedule
- Filtering Accounts in My Schedule - To filter accounts, users select an account list or view
- Viewing Account Identifiers and Addresses in My Schedule - To help identify accounts, users can display the account identifier or address
- Scheduling Calls - Users can schedule calls from four views. Functionality and platform availability varies by view:
- Scheduling Calls in Agenda View or Day View
- Scheduling Calls in Week View
- Scheduling Calls in Scheduler View
- Scheduling Calls in Month View
- Referencing Office Best Times for Accounts - Users capture and reference Office Best Times on the account's Address page
- Scheduling Calls with Office Best Times - Office Best Times display in My Schedule to enable users to easily schedule calls at times that are convenient for the HCP
- Creating Calendar Entries in My Schedule - Users create calendar entries for non-call appointments
