Managing Scheduled Calls and Activities
Users view, edit, and manage calls and calendar entries from My Schedule:
- Managing Calls and Calendar Entries in My Schedule - Users can manage calls from four views. Functionality and platform availability varies by view.
- Managing Calls and Calendar Entries in Agenda View or Day View
- Managing Calls and Calendar Entries in Week View
- Managing Calls in Scheduler View
- Managing Calls and Calendar Entries in Month View
- Managing Calls in the Salesforce Calendar - Calls display in the standard Salesforce calendar, in addition to My Schedule
- Color Coding Planned Calls in My Schedule - To categorize and identify calls, users can choose the entry color for planned calls
- Viewing Users' Calendars with Manager View - Users can view other users' calendars, depending on their position in the territory hierarchy
- Sending an Address to Maps - To help navigate between calls, users send an address from My Schedule to navigation apps
