What's New in 21R1.1
The CRM 21R1.1 minor release includes several new features as well as User Visible and Behavior Changes.

Features
MyInsights
Integrating External Data with MyInsights
MyInsights content developers can integrate Salesforce services (for example, accessing CRM data that has not been synced to the device or accessing a third-party service with Salesforce as a proxy) with MyInsights content using the updated getSFDCSessionID JavaScript method. See the Developer Portal for more information.
Network Integration
National Identifiers in Veeva CRM and Network
This item has been removed from the release on May 4, 2021.
Multi-country orgs can pull in national and healthcare identifiers from Network for compliance purposes using Veeva-provided fields. This enables admins to populate this information in CRM without needing to create custom fields.

User Visible and Behavior Changes
Most new features require some configuration, however users are able to view the following changes immediately.
General
- Multichannel: Vault API requests sent from CRM are now monitored and limited to avoid reaching Vault API limits and interrupting multichannel integrations with Vault, including Approved Email, CLM, Engage, and Events Management. See Integrating CRM and Vault for CLM and Integrating CRM and Vault for Approved Email for more information.
- iPad, Windows: After selecting Go Online from a record, the online version of the record displays in the browser with the Salesforce header and sidebar. Additionally, the Insufficient Privileges error no longer displays when users successfully delete records in the browser. See Using the Go Online Button for more information.
Approved Notes
- Online: Text violating a monitoring rule is only flagged once for product discussions when monitoring for duplicate Approved Notes violations. Duplicate violations are not flagged on related child calls. See Monitoring for Duplicate Approved Notes Violations for more information.
- Online: Violations in rich text fields now display in Reviewer Central as unformatted HTML. See Reviewing Approved Notes Monitoring Results for more information.
