What's New In 23R3.5
The CRM 23R3.5 minor release includes several new features, as well as User Visible and Behavior Changes.

Announcements
Ending Support for iOS 15
As of the 24R1.0 release, Veeva CRM for iOS will no longer support iOS 15. Users must upgrade to iOS 16 or newer to continue using the app. See CRM for iOS for more information.
Features
Using Engage and CRM Desktop features during the sandbox release requires additional configuration. Each time you refresh your sandbox org or the first time you want to test Engage and/or CRM Desktop during a sandbox release, you need to create a support ticket to allow testing during the sandbox period. Follow the instructions here.

Reporting on Disconnects in Engage Connect
The Disconnects report is available to provide visibility into when CRM users and HCPs get disconnected, including who initiated the disconnect and when. When a CRM user leaves the company, the Disconnects report helps customers inform a new CRM user about prior HCP connections in their territory
MyInsights Studio
Updates to the Diagnosed Patient Page Template (Available March 21, 2024)
The Diagnosed Patient page template is updated with a new design that displays patient data at the HCP level, including prescribed products, and trends between different markets. To see the updates, users must download the revised template.
Updates to the Market Trend Page Template (Available March 21, 2024)
The Market Trend page template is updated with minor label and design updates, and a new date dropdown menu. To see the updates, users must download the revised template.
Suggestions
Scheduling a Call from a Suggestion in Lightning for My Schedule
When Lightning for My Schedule is enabled and users schedule a call from a call-type suggestion, the user is automatically redirected to Lightning for My Schedule, where the new call entry displays. To highlight which call was created from the suggestion, the call popover is automatically open for the new entry. If Stamping Suggestion Title and Reason on the Call Report is enabled, the title and reason are also stamped on the new call report.

Most new functionality requires some configuration, however users are able to use the following functionality immediately. Select the thumbnail to view a larger image.
