CRM for iOS
CRM end users can use the CRM for iPad or CRM for iPhone applications to perform actions in CRM on their iOS device.
Supported Hardware and Software
Veeva CRM supports the current iPadOS/iOS release and one prior release for the iPad and iPhone platforms with the most recent Veeva CRM release. The currently supported iPadOS/iOS versions are 18.x and 17.x.
CRM for iPad
CRM for iPad is supported on the most current generally available major iPadOS version and the prior historical major version. New iPadOS versions are supported on the first day Apple announces general availability. Users must update to the latest version of Veeva CRM.
Veeva CRM supports the following devices:
- iPad – 7th generation / 8th generation / 9th generation / 10th generation
- iPad Air 3rd generation / 4th generation / 5th generation
- iPad Air M2 11 inch
- iPad Air M2 13 inch
- iPad mini 5th generation / 6th generation
- iPad Pro 11 inch 1st generation / 2nd generation / 3rd generation / 4th generation / 5th generation / 6th generation
- iPad Pro 12.9 inch 3rd generation / 4th generation / 5th generation / 6th generation
- iPad Pro M2 11 inch
- iPad Pro M2 12.9 inch
- iPad Pro M4 11 inch
- iPad Pro M4 13 inch
Veeva may deliver new CRM for iPad features that are compatible only with current (or newer) versions of iOS. If so, any details are included in Veeva's release notes and product documentation. Veeva also recommends customers perform internal testing of new iOS versions and new devices before releasing to their users.
Screen Orientation
CRM for iPad only displays in landscape mode to ensure a consistent user experience and ease of navigation between screens. The application also respects the iPad Screen Rotation Lock setting. This means that if the setting is enabled, the CRM for iPad screen does not reorient when the device is rotated. For this reason, the Screen Rotation Lock setting should not be enabled when using the CRM for iPad application.
Veeva CRM does not support multitasking and must be used in fullscreen.
CRM for iPhone
CRM for iPhone is supported on the most current generally available iOS version and the prior historical iOS version. New iOS versions are supported on the first day Apple announces general availability. Users must update to the latest version of Veeva CRM.
Veeva CRM for iPhone supports the following devices:
- iPhone SE – 2nd generation
- iPhone SE – 3rd generation
- iPhone XS / XS Max / XR
- iPhone 11 / 11 Pro / 11 Pro Max
- iPhone 12 / 12 Mini / 12 Pro / 12 Pro Max
- iPhone 13 / 13 Mini / 13 Pro / 13 Pro Max
- iPhone 14 / 14 Plus / 14 Pro / 14 Pro Max
- iPhone 15 / 15 Plus / 15 Pro / 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 16 / 16 Plus / 16 Pro / 16 Pro Max
