Advanced Functionality for Approved Email
Admins can enable the following advanced functionality for users:
Sending Approved Emails
- Approved Email Receipts for Signature Transactions – End users can capture a signature and provide the account with a receipt of the transaction via Approved Email
- Associating Business Accounts to Approved Emails – End users can send Approved Emails to an email address and associate the email to a business account
- CRM Auto-Publishing for Email Fragments – Content Managers can upload content directly to CRM for use in fragments if that content does not require review
- Sending Approved Emails to BCC Recipients – End users can add BCC recipients when sending Approved Emails
- Recommended Emails – Campaign managers can bulk-publish email messages to a large number of targets
- Reviewing Approved Emails Before Sending – Approved Emails can be marked as requiring additional review
- Confirming RSVPs and Activities – Admins can configure a customized confirmation step for email recipients to prevent systems, for example, bots or firewalls, from confirming Events Management RSVPs or multichannel activities
Reporting on Approved Emails
- Tracking Multichannel Activities from Approved Emails – Content admins can create custom Multichannel Activity types for Approved Emails
- Using Key Messages in Approved Email Content – Key Messages can be associated to Approved Email content
- Publishing Method for Email Fragments – Admin users can view whether an email fragment was manually uploaded or auto-published in Vault prior to being synced to CRM
