Recording Sample Disbursements
Admins can customize the call report to meet regulatory requirements and users' needs for sampling:
- Using Barcodes to Record Call Samples - Users can add samples to the call report by scanning the sample barcode
- Adding Multiple Products to the Call Report - To increase efficiency in call reporting, users can add multiple products to the call report at once, rather than individually adding each item disbursed
- Sampling with Specific Regulatory Requirements - With additional configuration, users can record sampling for specific regulatory environments and sampling processes—for example, sampling with mid-level practitioners or cold chain sampling
- Viewing Sample Limits on the Call Report - For regulatory compliance, organizations can limit the number of samples disbursed in a set time period
- Displaying Sample Warning Indicators - Sample warning indicators alert users if the samples selected are running low in quantity or are nearing expiration
- Preventing Negative Sample Inventory - Users can be prevented from recording product disbursements exceeding their on-hand inventory for the product sample lot
- Shipping Sample Requests/BRCs - Additional functionality enables admins to expand or limit the addresses sample requests can be shipped to. When shipping sample requests, Acknowledgment of content enables HCPs to indicate they received the product they ordered.
- Customizing Call Sampling with Section Signals - Section signals provide additional configuration options and functionality for the Samples and Promotional Items section of the call report
- Capturing Custom Text - Users can capture custom text associated with a transaction
