Shipping Sample Requests/BRCs

Admins can expand or limit sample request shipping as follows:

• Shipping Sample Requests (BRCs) to Business Locations - With additional configuration, sample requests can be shipped to business locations associated with HCPs
• Restricting Sample Send Addresses - Accounts that are eligible for hand samples can be restricted from receiving samples via common carrier
• Capturing Acknowledgement of Content - Acknowledgement of Content enables HCPs to confirm they received the samples they requested
