What's New in 20R3.2
The CRM 20R3.2 major release includes several new features as well as User Visible and Behavior Changes.
Our release notes offer brief, high-level descriptions of enhancements and new features. Configuration is available by selecting the feature name. You can also find a quick overview of 20R3.2 Feature Enablement and Availability information in this release note.

Features
Account Management
Stamping Country Information for Account and User
Country information can now be stamped on transactional records automatically. Country stamping allows business users to track and report on activity data by country. The country value is copied from the User and/or Account object.
Engage Meeting
Joining an Engage Meeting via Zoom
Admins can now give attendees of Engage meetings the option of joining the meeting using their Zoom application. This option makes it easier for HCPs and end-users to connect virtually, maintaining the compliant hosting capabilities of an Engage meeting while also providing the attendee the choice of joining the meeting via their preferred service.
Events Management
Attendee Screen Sharing in Engage for Events
Admins can now control attendee screen sharing permissions. This provides flexibility for how virtual events are hosted. Previously, attendee screen sharing was enabled by default.
Event Attendance Rules on the iPad
Event Attendance Rules, now available on iPad, enable admins to set up interacting rules related to attendees being added to an event. By creating these rules, event organizers spend less time preparing for the logistics of the event while still maintaining compliance related to attendance.

User Visible and Behavior Changes
Most new features require some configuration, however users are able to view the following changes immediately.
General
- iPad, iPhone: Users on devices running iOS 12 or lower will see a notification indicating they are on an unsupported iOS version. (Added on Feb. 3, 2021)
Approved Notes
- Online: Due to infrastructure changes, loading Reviewer Central for the first time after upgrading to 20R3.2 may take longer than usual (Added on Feb. 2, 2021)
Engage Meeting

Android Engage App: For the Android Engage app distributed via CDN for users in China where the Google Play Store is not available, after upgrading to the new version of the app, when a critical update is available, users will need to accept the critical update before they can join the Engage meeting.
