Consent Capture Overview

Consent Capture is a user-directed solution for capturing required HCP consent to receive communication through various channels and for storing personal information. Customers need this consent to satisfy compliance regulations.

The Consent Capture process includes the following tasks:

• Creating and Managing Consent — Consent admins define the regions, channels, and requirements for capturing consent and how the Consent Capture screen displays
• Capturing Consent — End users prepare devices to capture HCP consent by selecting the preferred language and ensuring channel source values are accurate
• Granting Consent — HCPs grant and confirm consent
