Veeva CRM Configuration Overview

Veeva CRM is a highly configurable application which follows the same configuration principles and utilizes the same configuration tools as Salesforce.com. Most of the Veeva CRM application is configurable using the Salesforce.com Application and Administrative Setup functions. However, there are some custom objects, fields and section signals which are configured and managed differently. These are discussed below.
