What's New in 21R1.3
The CRM 21R1.3 minor release includes several new features as well as User Visible and Behavior Changes.

Features
Engage Meeting
Using Video within CLM in Online Engage Meeting (Available July 1, 2021)
Video slides are now supported when the CRM Engage app is configured to use Microsoft Edge WebView2 as its rendering engine. Supported file types include MOV, M4V, and MP4. AVI files are not supported. Previously, only video content embedded in an HTML slide was supported.
Call Reporting
Requiring Medical Discussions on the Call Report
To ensure call reports are complete, users can be required to capture at least one Medical Discussion to submit a call report. Requiring Medical Discussions reduces potential compliance risks resulting from incomplete or inaccurate call reports. It also helps provide a more complete picture of past HCP interactions for other CRM users to use in call planning and future discussions with HCPs.
MyInsights Studio
Using the View Record User Action in MyInsights Studio (Available July 1, 2021)
Users can add user actions to display elements to create interactive and responsive content. The View Record user action allows users to navigate directly from MyInsights content to a data record.
New Videos
The following videos were added as part of this release:
- Canceling Sample Requests
- Displaying Product Restrictions
- Event Expense Limit Rules
- Requiring Opt-Out Consent Signatures
User Visible and Behavior Changes
Most new features require some configuration, however users are able to view the following changes immediately.
Engage Meeting

Android, iOS: (HCP App) The Join Meeting page was updated to remove the My Microphone toggle and introduce minor layout changes (Available July 1, 2021)
Events Management & Medical Events
- iPad, Online, Windows: When creating a call from an event, if child accounts are used they are now included in the list of suggested attendees. See Associating an Account with an Event and Call Reporting with Events.
