Features
CLM
Retrying Vault CLM Sync Failures
If there are errors when syncing CLM content from Vault to CRM, the errors are logged and any presentations impacted by those errors are skipped. The sync successfully processes the remaining presentations. This improves the efficiency of each sync and prevents errors from failing the entire sync. After fixing the errors, admins can retry syncing the failed presentations using the Retry Failed button in the CLM Admin Console.
Watch the Retrying Vault CLM Sync Failures video to learn how to use this functionality.
Engage
Engage attendees can now rate their meeting experience. Collecting post-meeting information from meeting attendees is a common practice granting customers insights into the quality of the remote experience, and how those interactions can be improved in the future. Receiving this information as soon as possible increases response rates, accuracy, and the amount of details provided.
Watch the Rating an Engage Experience video to learn how to use this functionality.
Events Management
Selecting Attendees in Hierarchies on Windows
Event owners on Windows Tablet can drill down into account hierarchies when adding attendees to their event.
Bulk-Adding Event Attendees on Windows
Events Management users on Windows Tablet can add event attendees in bulk, allowing efficient input of information.
Multichannel
Approved Email
Reviewing Approved Emails Before Sending
Approved Emails can be marked as requiring additional review before being sent to recipients by adding the {{requiresReview}} token to the appropriate content. This provides an additional level of compliance checking by enabling the final contents of an email to be reviewed and approved before it is sent to recipients.
Additionally, this feature can be used in other forms of Approved Email, for example, Approved Email receipts for signature transactions, to hold sent emails until certain business conditions are met.
Consent Capture
Capturing Consent Using Confirmation Emails
After capturing consent with a confirmation email for an account, an Opt-In Pending consent record is created. However, the account’s current consent status is based on the last confirmed consent record. The account’s confirmed consent record is the unexpired opt-in or opt-out record.
User Visible and Behavior Changes
Most new features require some configuration, however users are able to view the following changes immediately:
Approved Email
- iPad, Online, Windows Tablet: When an end user sends an Approved Email, the Subject_vod and User_Input_Text_vod fields on the Sent_Email_vod object now automatically stamp and can be either manually reviewed or used in Creating Monitoring Rules.
CLM
- Online: If there are errors when syncing CLM content from Vault to CRM, the errors are logged, presentations impacted by those errors are skipped, and the sync processes the remaining presentations. The Retry Failed button displays on the CLM Administration Console allowing users to sync presentations that failed.
- iPad: The zoom gesture cannot be disabled for Vault-generated HTML content containing internal navigation links. (added 8/17/2020)
Engage
- Online, iPad: All Engage meetings scheduled after the 20R2 are password protected. Watch the Scheduling Password Protected Engage Meetings video to learn how to use this functionality.
- Online: The Engage Experience Ratings Group Meeting setting now displays on the Engage Meetings Administration tab. See Rating an Engage Experience for more information.
Events Management
- Windows Tablet: When the attendee hub is enabled, event organizers can navigate account hierarchies to select attendees.
Network Integration
- iPad, iPhone, Online, Windows: If Network merges two addresses on the same account and the losing address is the primary address, the winner of the merge becomes the primary address. This change only applies to integrations that do not map the primary address to Network.
