Using the WeChat CRM Calendar

The WeChat CRM calendar displays all of the user's activities in Agenda, Daily, and Weekly views. Users can create and modify the following activities in the WeChat CRM calendar:

• Call
• Time Off Territory
• Medical Event

Configuring the Call Creation for Multiple Accounts

To enable creating calls for multiple accounts at once, grant end users OLS Create access to the Call2_vod object.

Configuring the Agenda, Daily and Weekly Views

To enable the Agenda, Daily, and Weekly views for the WeChat CRM calendar:

1. Grant end users the following permissions:

   Object	OLS	Record Types	Fields	FLS
   Account	n/a	n/a	Account_Identifier_vod Formatted_Name_vod	Read

2. Select the following WeChat Setting check boxes to grant end users access to the appropriate business account record types:
   • HOSPITAL_RECORD_TYPES_vod
   • PROFESSIONAL_RECORD_TYPES_vod
3. Grant end users access to the VeevaWechatCalendar Apex class.

Configuring Call Creation from the WeChat CRM Calendar without Cycle Plans

To enable creating calls from the WeChat CRM calendar without cycle plans, grant end users the following permissions:

To enable creating calls from the WeChat CRM calendar with cycle plans, grant end users the following permissions:

To enable creating medical events from the WeChat CRM calendar:

1. Grant end users the following permissions:

2. Select the ENABLE_SCHEDULE_MEDICAL_EVENT_vod Veeva Setting check box.
