Announcements

iOS Support Policy

Beginning with iOS14, released September 16, 2020, CRM on iOS mobile devices will be supported on the most current generally available iOS version and the prior historical iOS version, iOS14 and iOS13, and all minor versions in between. New iOS versions are supported on the first day Apple announces general availability.

You must upgrade to 20R2.1 before installing iOS14.

Release Versioning

Beginning with 20R2, Veeva CRM is adopting new release versioning for maintenance and hotfix communications. See Release Numbering for more information.

Engage Browser Support

Beginning in December 2020, Windows 7 will no longer be supported for the Veeva Engage Host and CRM Engage Client Apps.

Browser Retirements

The following browsers are being retired after December 2020:

• IE 11 - Lightning only
• Edge Classic
