What's New in 20R2.1
The CRM 20R2.1 release includes several new features as well as User Visible and Behavior Changes.

Features
Events Management
Speaker Contract Generation for Windows Tablet
Events Management users on Windows can automate the creation of Speaker Contracts according to Contract Templates. See Speaker Contract Generation for more information.
Event Business Rules enable admins to build custom business rules to assist event organizers when planning an event, minimize planning mistakes, and to ensure compliance.
Expense Estimate Creation Rules
Event organizers frequently incur expenses associated with an event and log estimates for those expenses when planning for the event. Event admins can configure Expense Estimate Creation rules to automate this process whenever the organizer executes an action. This reduces the time required to plan an event and also minimizes user error when creating estimates for these expenses.
User Visible and Behavior Changes
Most new features require some configuration, however users are able to view the following changes immediately:
Approved Email
- iPad, Online: After sending an Approved Email, a Sent_Email_vod record is created and stamped with the following values to improve email processing:
- Check Consent
- Default Consent
- Test Mode
- Consent Level

Call Reporting
- Online: Once the Address_vod field on the TSF_vod object is populated, it is no longer updated when a user saves or submits subsequent calls for the account. This prevents the Address_vod value from being overwritten in a TSF record.
Call Sampling
- iPad, iPhone: In-person signature capture for sampling now matches the process for remote signature capture for sampling.
Engage
- Online: The Security button now displays to allow hosts to access security settings
