Viewing MyInsights Content Online

Users can publish and view MyInsights content online from the account detail page. This allows users who work online to use data from MyInsights to support their teams with key processes, for example, pre-call planning, data analysis, and coaching.
For example, Mark Mitchell is an MSL who helps his team with pre-call planning and wants to view the account MyInsights page his team uses. Since he works on a computer in his office, he publishes the page so he can view it online while he assists his team members in the field.
Configuring MyInsights Content for Online
To enable online MyInsights content for admins, grant the following permissions:

- Grant access to the appropriate Visualforce page and button corresponding to the record type.
- Place the Status_vod, Published_Date_vod, and Status_Details_vod fields on the appropriate HTML_Report_vod object page layout.
- Place the Publish button on the appropriate HTML_Report_vod object page layout.
- Place the appropriate button on the appropriate object page layout.

Publishing MyInsights Content Online
Content for mobile devices can be published and viewed online. Publishing is only required for online use.
To publish MyInsights content:
- Navigate to the MyInsights record.
- Select the Publish button.
- Refresh the page and check the updated values of the Status_vod, Published_Date_vod, and Status_Details_vod fields to ensure the content published successfully.
When MyInsights content successfully publishes, the fields are populated with the following values:
- Status_vod field = Published
- Published_Date_vod = time and date of the publication
- Status_Details_vod = Files pushed to CDN successfully
When content does not successfully publish, the fields are populated with the following values:
- Status_vod field = Failed
- Published_Date_vod = time and date of the publication attempt
- Status_Details_vod = high-level message about why the publication failed, for example, “Missing file attachment” or “File is not in .zip format”
When a user deletes a previously published attachment, the Status_vod field is set to Unpublished and the content is unavailable for online use.
