Scheduling and Planning a Call
Additional call entry points, CRM integrations, and call report sections expand call report planning functionality:
- Additional Call Reporting Entry Points - Users can enter the call report from several other CRM modules, in addition to the Call Reporting Entry Points available by default
- Displaying Cycle Plan Products on the Call Report - Admins can enable the display of Cycle Plan Products on the call report to guide reps on what products to discuss with the HCP during a call
- Viewing Custom Fields in the Cycle Plan Target Popup - Custom fields can be configured to display in the Cycle Plan Target popup to provides users with detailed information about a specific account in the Cycle Plan
- Displaying Product Priority - To guide users to detail the most relevant products to HCPs, detailing priority can be set on the Call Cycle Entry and displayed on the Detailing section of the call report
