Customizing the Signature Page

The signature page can be customized to display an electronic signature disclaimer, additional HCP information, and a marketing banner, as business needs require.

• Modifying the Signature Disclaimer - Customers can change the length and placement of the disclaimer on the signature page and edit disclaimer text to display custom notices
• Displaying Country-Specific Disclaimers - Customers with multi-country orgs can modify disclaimer text on a signature page based on the country of an account
• Displaying HCP Information on the Signature Page - To help ensure the correct account's signature is captured, the signature page can display additional information about the signer
• Displaying a Marketing Banner - A product-related banner can display on the signature page for added visual interest or product placement
