Capturing Signatures for Sampling

For some types of sample and promotional item disbursements, users must capture HCP signatures. Users can capture signatures from the call report, with paper-based sampling, or via remote signature capture:

• Capturing Electronic Signatures for Sampling – During face-to-face calls, users can capture electronic signatures for samples on the call report
• Capturing Remote Signatures for Sampling Using Share Link – Users can remotely capture HCP signatures for sample requests or BRCs
• Paper-Based Sampling – Certain compliance or organization rules may require uses to capture a signature on paper, in which case paper-based sampling can be used instead of electronic signature capture
• Validating Samples on Signature Capture – Validation occurs when a signee is selected and when the signee's signature is saved
