Announcements

IE11 Support on Webclient

Due to changes in Zoom, as of March 25 2021, IE11 will no longer be supported in Veeva Engage or on the Engage Webclient.

iOS Support

As announced with 20R2.1 in September 2020, Veeva CRM supports the current iPadOS/iOS release and one prior release. With the 21R1 Veeva CRM Release, targeted for April 2021, we will require any iPadOS/iOS device to be running iOS 13 or greater. A user device running iOS 12 or earlier will not be able to upgrade to the 21R1 release and will see a notification indicating they are on an unsupported iOS version. Today, currently supported iPadOS/iOS versions are 14.x and 13.x. This applies to Veeva CRM on iPad and iPhone.

Salesforce’s Multi-factor Authentication Requirement for February 2022

Last year, Salesforce announced that beginning February 1, 2022, they will require customers to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) in order to access their orgs. Salesforce is now extending the MFA requirement deadline for Veeva customers until 2023. Further details with dates will be announced as they are released from Salesforce. For more information on implementing MFA, see Requiring Multi-Factor Authentication for Salesforce.
