Announcements
New IP Addresses for Approved Email
In addition to the existing four IP Addresses, Approved Email now uses the following IP addresses when sending emails:
- 69.72.38.129
- 69.72.38.253
- 69.72.38.86
- 69.72.45.19
- 69.72.45.45
- 146.20.112.28
- 146.20.112.29
- 161.38.198.122
- 161.38.198.132
- 161.38.198.50
Existing IP Addresses:
- 23.253.183.59
- 69.72.45.59
- 69.72.45.60
- 166.78.71.146
Customers who receive emails only from an allowlist of IP Addresses should update their allowlist with these addresses. See Creating a Sending Domain for more information.
iOS Support Policy
Beginning with iOS14, CRM on iOS mobile devices will be supported on the most current generally available iOS version and the prior historical iOS version, iOS14 and iOS13, and all minor versions in between. New iOS versions are supported on the first day Apple announces general availability.
You must upgrade to 20R2.1 before installing iOS14.
Engage Browser Support
Beginning in December 2020, Windows 7 will no longer be supported for the Veeva Engage Host and CRM Engage Client Apps.
Browser Retirements
The following browsers are being retired after December 2020:
- IE 11 - Lightning only
- Edge Classic
