Using Accounts in WeChat CRM

Accounts are at the core of many parts of CRM, for example, call planning, call reporting, and medical events. Many objects in CRM reference back to accounts.

Users can view and manage both person accounts and business accounts. Person accounts are individual people, for example, an HCP, while business accounts are organizations, for example, a drugstore.
