Using Suggestions in WeChat CRM
Suggestions contain information presented to users about how to engage with accounts via multiple channels based on customer- or partner-generated data. This information comes from a number of accessible repositories, for example, CRM interaction history, sales data, and market research data.
Configuring Suggestions
Prerequisite: Ensure Suggestions in Veeva CRM are configured.
To enable suggestions in WeChat CRM, grant end users the following permissions:

To ensure Urgent Suggestions display before Normal Suggestions:
- Navigate to the Suggestion_vod object.
- Select the Priority_vod field.
- Select the Reorder button in the Picklist Values section.
- Select the Display values alphabetically, not in the order entered check box.
- Select Save.
