Default Functionality for Engage Meetings
The following functionality is automatically available to users after initially configuring Engage:
Scheduling an Engage Meeting
- Scheduling Engage Meetings – Meeting hosts can schedule an Engage meeting directly from a call report
- Remote Meeting Indicator – The remote meeting indicator adds a visual cue distinguishing a scheduled call as an Engage meeting
Inviting Attendees to an Engage Meeting
- Inviting Attendees to an Engage Meeting – Meeting hosts can send invitations to the attendees of the Engage meeting directly from the call
Hosting an Engage Meeting
- Hosting an Engage Meeting on the iPad – iPad meeting hosts can host an Engage meeting directly in CRM and share CLM content with attendees
- Hosting an Engage Meeting Online – Online meeting hosts can host an Engage meeting using the CRM Engage app
Joining an Engage Meeting as an Attendee
- Joining an Engage Meeting as an Attendee – Meeting attendees can join the Engage meeting using one of the Engage Attendee apps or the Engage Web Client
- Using Virtual Backgrounds in Engage – Hosts and attendees can upload a virtual background for use during a meeting
Reporting on Engage Meeting
- Reports and Analytics for Engage – Managers can view and edit out-of-the-box Engage reports to analyze remote meeting metrics
