Engage Connect Default Functionality for HCPs
The following functionality is automatically available to HCPs using Engage:
- Signing Up for Engage – HCPs can communicate with CRM Engage Connect users via one of the Engage apps.
- Using the Home Tab – The Home tab enables HCPs to view upcoming events and new connections
- Using the Chat Tab as an HCP – The Chat tab enables HCPs to message with connected CRM users
- Using the Meetings Tab – HCPs can view upcoming or previous Engage meetings via the Meetings tab
- Using the Me Tab as an HCP – The Me tab enables HCPs to manage their associations and personal information
- Integrated Scheduling: Viewing Meeting Request Status in Engage – HCPs can track their meeting request status and view additional scheduling details, for example, the meeting type
