Veeva CRM Minor Release Notes – 20R1.1 (201.10.0)
The items listed below were added in 20R1.1 (201.10.0).
Features
Features are new functionality in the Veeva application.
Global Account Browse allows offline users to look outside their account assignments using the Sphere of Influence or Account Hierarchy. Allowing offline users to browse these additional account relationships helps users better understand their account’s networks.
Retrying Vault CLM Sync Failures (removed from the 201.10.0 release)
Sending Engage Invitations via Approved WeChat (added 5/8/2020)
Admins can define an approved document as a WeChat invitation which contains meeting information and attendee-specific URLs to join Engage meetings. This allows Engage hosts to send invitations using Approved WeChat.
User Visible and Behavior Changes
Most new features require some configuration, however users are able to view the following changes immediately:
Account Management
- iPad, Windows: If Out-of-Territory Managing Account Hierarchies or Sphere of Influence for the Sphere of Influence is enabled and internet connectivity is available, selecting an out-of-territory account on the Sphere of Influence or Account Hierarchy screen centers the selected account and displays related accounts, both inside and outside the user's territory. (Updated 5/12/20)
Engage
- iPad, Online: On group calls made from a person account, call attendees receive their own meeting URL. In the Attendee section on the call page, a message displays for each attendee to indicate if an invitation was sent. The call account does not display in the Attendee section of the call report, and the invited status for the call account is not indicated. (Updated 5/7/2020)
- Online: When a host begins a Remote Meeting on the Call screen in Edit Mode, the screen automatically reloads in View mode. (05/04/20)
Events Management
- iPad, Online: The Attendee’s status now displays on the Account Timeline.
