Using Mass Add Products with CLM

Using CLM in Order Management allows users to create orders from CLM presentations. With Mass Add Products enabled, all relevant products are automatically added to the Order Lines. This allows users to create orders from CLM presentations faster and with fewer selections, saving the user time and effort during the negotiation process.

Enabling Mass Add Products with CLM

To enable this feature:

  1. Ensure Order Management initial configuration is complete.

  2. Ensure Mass Add Products is enabled.

  3. Ensure CLM is configured.

Using Mass Add Products with CLM

To create an order using Mass Add Products from a CLM presentation:

  1. Open a CLM presentation.

  2. Select Create Order from the More Actions menu on a CLM presentation slide.

  3. Select the Order Lines tab from the Order Detail page.

  4. Enter the desired quantities for each product.

  5. Select Done.

Once an order is created from a CLM presentation and you have returned to the media, you can select one of the following options:

  • Add to Order Lines - displays the Order Lines tab and scrolls to the first order line related to the detail product. This button is only available if the key message is associated with a detail product.
  • Review Order - displays the Order Lines tab for review. This button is always available.
