Adding Post Call Information
After a call, users can record additional information related to the call or launch into other Veeva CRM activities from the call report.
- Recording Expenses on the Call Report - Users can record expenses related to a call. A currency picklist is available for users in multicurrency orgs.
- Attaching Files to the Call Report - Users can attach notes, images, and files to the call report
- Using the More Actions Button - The More Actions button enables users to launch into other modules of Veeva CRM, depending on the user’s level of access to those modules
