Capturing Call Activities
Users can capture key information about their activities during a call, including the method of communication, any attendees aside from the primary account, the products detailed, and conversations with HCPs.
- Adding Call Attendees - From the Attendees section, users can add attendees, create new contacts, or search and add multiple attendees for group calls
- Detailing Products on the Call Report - Product Detailing enables users to indicate which products were discussed in a call
- Capturing Product Discussions on the Call Report - Product Discussions enable users to further classify what types of discussions or indications are covered for each product detailed in a call
- Using Key Messages on the Call Report - Key Messages enable the user to identify the specific messages that are delivered for each product or detail topic
