Capturing Signatures for Sampling

Users can capture HCP signatures for samples opt-in, and capture remote signatures while in an Engage meeting:

• Requiring Sample Opt-In - Some countries require a one-time sample opt-in signature for an account to receive samples
• Capturing Remote Signatures for Sampling with QR Codes - To maintain physical distance and avoid sharing devices, users can capture signatures for samples and BRCs via QR code
• Capturing Remote Signatures for Sampling in Engage Meeting - Users can sample BRCs via the call report and remotely capture a signature while in an Engage meeting
• Capturing Remote Signatures Asynchronously for BRC Samples (Sign Later) - Asynchronously capturing signatures for BRC samples allows HCPs to sign at their convenience
• Capturing Acknowledgement of Content - For sample request/BRC shipments, HCPs can confirm they received the products requested with Acknowledgement of Content
