Displaying the Multichannel Calendar

The Multichannel Calendar is a color-coded monthly calendar of all interactions with an account. The calendar allows users to identify how an account interacts with the organization as a whole, whether through a website, a call center interaction, or through activities of other users.

Ensure initial configuration is complete to use this functionality.

Using the Multichannel Calendar

Select the Calendar tab on the Account Detail screen to open the Multichannel Calendar. The Multichannel Calendar displays all calls, calendar events, medical events, and medical inquiries for the account in a monthly format. The user can select an activity to view its details in a pop-up window. The user can view or edit details of the activity by selecting the View or Edit buttons on the detail pop-up, respectively.
