Displaying the Multichannel Calendar

To enable users to plan their account interactions, the Multichannel Calendar displays a color-coded monthly calendar of all interactions with an account. The calendar also enables users to identify how an account interacts with the organization as a whole, whether through a website, a call center interaction, or through activities of other users.

Ensure initial configuration is complete to use this functionality.

Using the Multichannel Calendar

Select the Calendar tab on the Account Detail screen to open the Multichannel Calendar.

The Multichannel Calendar displays all calls, calendar events, medical events, and medical inquiries for the account in a monthly format.

Select an activity to view its details in a pop-up window. To view or edit activity details, select the View or Edit buttons on the detail pop-up, respectively.
