Configuring Call Planning

Initial configuration includes the setup of all default functionality for Call Planning. Advanced functionality requires additional configuration.

Prerequisites

    Users must have at least Create and Read OLS for the Call2_vod object to create and view calls in My Schedule. To enable users to edit or delete calls, grant Update and/or Delete OLS for the Call2_vod object as well.

  2. Enable the following Veeva Setting check boxes:

    • Enable_Calendar_Agenda_View_vod
    • Enable_Calendar_Month_View_vod
    • ENABLE_LIST_SCHEDULER_vod

My Schedule's Week View always displays. If none of the other calendar view settings are enabled, those views do not display properly.
