Using the Call Report to Order Page Template
The Call Report to Order page template helps Content creators create a MyInsights Studio page that allows end users to quickly navigate to orders related to an account, then view or edit them without leaving the call report. See Navigating to Orders from the Call Report for more information.
MyInsights Studio Content creators can quickly create and deploy the widget using a MyInsights Studio page template. The page template can be edited as needed before deploying to end users.

Configuring the Call Report to Order Page Template
Content Creators
To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring MyInsights for Admins and End Users is complete.
- Ensure Configuring MyInsights Studio is complete.
- Grant Read OLS to the HTML_Report_vod object.
- Grant access to the Call2_vod record type.
End Users
To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring MyInsights for Admins and End Users is complete.
- Ensure Configuring Call Reporting is complete.
- Ensure Configuring Order Management is complete.
- Grant Read OLS to the HTML_Report_vod object.
- Grant access to the Call2_vod record type.
Using the Call Report to Order Page Template
Download the Call Report to Order page template.
The template can only be used with multi-currency enabled orgs. Customers without multi-currency enabled must adjust the template in MyInsights Studio accordingly.
Before any customization, users can view the most recent order details for the last five orders for the account, sorted by the most recent Order Date. Delivery orders are excluded.
The following details are available to view:
- Order Date
- Order Type
- Order Campaign
- Contract
- Order Net Amount
- Order Total Quantity
- Status
