Veeva CRM does not support bidirectional (BiDi) languages. You can request Hebrew, however, display issues may occur on offline devices, especially iOS. We suggest you test in a sandbox org before deploying to production.

All Veeva fields and messages are available within the language packs and are maintained on a major version release basis. These translations are supported on all platforms. If you would like to enable a language within your org, then log a case within the Veeva Customer Support Portal identifying the language that you would like to enable.

Do not modify the Company Language of your org. It should remain English (US) in order to ensure Veeva upgrades can be completed.

If you change your language setting for iPad, you need to do a refresh in order to apply the setting.

To display the alpha bar in iPad, grant FLS read permission to the Alternate_Name_vod field. The device language needs to match the SFDC user language.

Veeva CRM does not support the Buddhist, Japanese, or Thai calendars on any platform.

The Incremental Load loads the latest object related translations and translated custom labels without overwriting the existing translation. Select this option if the language is being used and you want the updated or new translations.

Full/Overwrite Load loads the latest object related translations and translated custom labels and overwrites the existing translation. Select this option if the language has never been used in the org.

In either option, Veeva CRM overwrites translations for translated Veeva Messages with Veeva External IDs. Cloned Veeva Messages or customer added Veeva Messages without reusing Veeva External IDs are not overwritten.
