Scheduling and Planning a Call
Users can schedule several different types of calls from the entry points to call report. Calls that are scheduled, but have not yet occurred, are in planned status.
When a user schedules a call, the account and call datetime are recorded. Based on the account selected and the entry point for the call, the call is automatically categorized as an individual call, group call, or medical event.
- Call Reporting Entry Points - There are multiple entry points for call report. Some of these entry points are enabled by default, while others require additional configuration.
- Call Categories - Users can create call reports for individuals, groups, and medical events.
- Scheduling Calls and Activities - Users can schedule calls in several different ways.
