Users and Roles in Call Planning

There are several types of Call Planning users, each with unique roles and responsibilities:

  • Admin user - enables Call Planning for all other users (see Configuring Call Planning for more information)
  • End user - plans activities and maintains an up-to-date schedule:
  • Views, filters, and sorts accounts to identify high-priority calls
  • Creates calls and Time Off Territory
  • Views and edits scheduled activities
  • Creates and applies call cycles for recurring visits
  • Booking agent - plans and assigns calls for other users
