Features
Using Engage and CRM Desktop features during the sandbox release requires additional configuration. Each time you refresh your sandbox org or the first time you want to test Engage and/or CRM Desktop during a sandbox release, you need to create a support ticket to allow testing during the sandbox period. Follow the instructions here.
Approved Email
Detecting Automated Email Interactions
Bots interacting with approved emails can trigger false events. When bots traverse emails, they interact with links which trigger the associated tracking code. Similar false events can be triggered when email clients pre-fetch content and store it on their servers. Information about the bot is captured to help organizations distinguish false events from real events triggered by recipients.
Engage
Syncing Custom Document Types of ISI and PI Documents
Content admins can sync custom document types and subtypes for Important Safety Information (ISI) and Prescribing Information (PI) documents to CRM. This allows end users to share web links for CLM content associated with ISI and PI documents using custom document types and subtypes.
