Supported Functionality on CRM Desktop (Windows)

The following modules have functionality supported for Veeva CRM on Windows Desktop:

• Call Reporting - High performance call report provides a better desktop experience for users, including improved performance
• CLM - Content creators can create and manage CLM content. Users can organize the content in their media libraries for easier navigation, display different types of CLM content during calls, and track their CLM activity.
• Engage - Users can host Engage meetings from the browser, share their screen with attendees, and allow attendees to share screens and join via Zoom.
