Using Product Metrics in WeChat CRM
The Product Metrics section on the Account Profile displays product-specific attributes for an account. For every product (both Company and Competitor products) selected in My Setup, users are able to view and update various key product metrics for that account.
- The currency field type is not supported for Product Metrics
- Detail Groups and Detail Topics are not supported
- Product Metrics do not take into consideration Restricted and Allowed Products
Configuring Product Metrics
Prerequisite: Ensure Product Metrics in Veeva CRM are configured.
To enable product metrics in WeChat CRM, add one of the following components to the appropriate Account page layout:
- Ratings_vod S-control
- RatingsLgtnVod Visualforce page
A product is visible to users when:
- The user's MySetup assignment is provided
- No_Metrics_vod field on the Product_Catalog_vod record is False
Data for the Product Metrics section of an account record is stored in the Product_Metrics_vod object with a record for every account and product combination. Grant users FLS Read to the appropriate fields.
