MyInsights in WeChat CRM
MyInsights allows customers to create custom visualizations and content using the Veeva JavaScript library and HTML. This content can be directly delivered to users in the field via WeChat CRM, which can display contextual and historical information to assist users in their day-to-day activities.
The following MyInsights entry points are supported in WeChat CRM:

Configuring MyInsights
Prerequisite: Ensure MyInsights in Veeva CRM is configured.
To enable MyInsights in WeChat CRM, select the Phone_vod on the appropriate HTML_Report_vod record.
Viewing MyInsights Content from an Account
Users can select a MyInsights tab after navigating to the account profile to view the content. The label of the tab is the name of the content.
Viewing MyInsights Content for a Territory
Users can select the MyInsights tab on the WeChat CRM homepage. The label of the tab is defined by a new TER_REPORT Veeva Message.
Viewing the MyInsights Homepage
Users can view MyInsights content as the default home tab of the WeChat CRM homepage.
