Using Medical Inquiries in WeChat CRM

Medical Inquiries can be used to track inquiries submitted by users on behalf of HCPs. Users can record inquiries, capture signatures, and audit signatures. Inquiries can be captured against Person Accounts on the WeChat CRM Account page, from an Account Related List, when recording a Call, or from the WeChat CRM homepage. Inquiries captured offline are automatically synced to the server when submitted.

Configuring Medical Inquiries

To configure medical inquiries in WeChat CRM, add the Medical Inquiries related list to the Call2_vod page layout for the Person Account record type.

To display disclaimers for every medical inquiry, add the following fields to the Call2_vod page layout for the Person Account record type:

  • zvod_Disclaimer_vod
  • zvod_Delivery_Method_vod

To capture signatures for every medical inquiry, add the Signature_Date_vod field to the Call2_vod page layout for the Person Account record type.
