Medical Inquiries Overview
Medical Inquiries can be used to track inquiries submitted by users on behalf of HCPs. Users can record inquiries, capture signatures, and audit signatures. Inquiries can be captured against Person Accounts on the Account page, from an Account Related List, when recording a Call, from CLM, and from Engage. Inquiries cannot be created against a Business Account.
If a Medical Inquiry is associated with a Call, the inquiry is submitted when the Call is submitted.
Inquiries captured offline are automatically synced to the server when they are submitted. Inquiries are routed by external systems.
