Attaching Photos to the Call Report

Users can capture or upload photos as attachments to the call report. See Managing Documents and Attachments Offline for more information.


WeChat CRM does not support Salesforce Notes on calls, only attachments.

Configuring Photo Attachments on the Call Report

Prerequisite: Ensure Call Reporting in Veeva CRM is configured.

To enable photo capture on the call report, add the zvod_Attachments_vod field to an empty section of the appropriate Call2_vod page layout.

To enable uploading photo attachments from the photo library, populate the Camera_Roll_vod Veeva Setting with a value of 1. The default value is 0.

Capturing Photos on the Call Report

Users can capture a maximum of nine photos per call report. When this limit is reached, the Add button no longer displays.
